The restaurant was sparkling clean. The employees were happy and bubbly. But the FOOD was above and beyond the best food we're have had at a Jack in the Box. Fluffy, buttery eggs scrambled nicely, toasted sourdough slices added to the buttery scramble with bacon. Sourdough scramble is awesome and just delicious.
Just got home from going through the drive thru at this JITB. It was such a pleasant experience. The young gentleman at the window, I believe his name was Michael, had excellent customer service. I ordered a breakfast burrito, which the only reason I order this item is because of the fantastic salsa that comes with it. I asked Michael for salsa and he told me that they were currently out of it as they had not had a break in cars and had not had time to make more. I guess he could tell I was disappointed because he said can you guys please wait a minute. We waited and when he came back he gave us our food and inside the bag was... salsa. He went back and made the salsa, he didn't tell us he had done it, just gave us our order. This is EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you!
